We ship orders fast.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Weather and carrier delays may affect arrival dates.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
Free shipping promotions (if active) apply automatically.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address you entered is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@swinga.co
Orders already shipped cannot be changed. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We replace damaged items and help investigate lost packages.
However, we are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary by region. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses can be resent (shipping fee applies) or refunded minus shipping costs.
